Our experienced teachers have precise knowledge of the materials and understand how to guide children in using them correctly, providing the right materials at the right time. As observers, they watch children work, allowing them to learn from their discoveries and engaging them actively in the learning process. Teachers believe in giving children the freedom to work in their environment, which helps them develop independent thinking and decision-making skills. They never disturb a working child, valuing the beauty of uninterrupted concentration. As facilitators, teachers provide a space for children to work undisturbed, fostering concentration and mastery of concepts. Continuous assessment is part of our teachers’ routine; they observe and evaluate your child’s progress daily, preparing detailed reports shared twice a year during parent-teacher conferences. You can also meet with the lead teacher by appointment to discuss your child’s progress.
“She [the Montessori teacher] must acquire a moral alertness which has not hitherto been demanded by any other system, and this is revealed in her tranquility, patience, charity, and humility. Not words, but virtues, are her main qualifications.”
